When Perth Ceiling Fixers came on board, the brief was straightforward but there are clear challenge. They had a limited budget, so I can only work with fixed number of hours. They also had an existing site that needed to work harder without a ground-up rebuild. Here’s how the project came together.
On-Page SEO
The foundation of the work was getting the on-page fundamentals right across the site. This meant writing a unique SEO title and meta description for every page, tuned to match search intent. This is key since we don’t want keyword stuffing the pages. Alongside this, images were optimised to cut load times without sacrificing quality, and general site speed improvements were rolled out to bring performance up to a more competitive standard.
Design and Frontend
Given the budget, a full redesign was off the table, and that’s fine. The existing design was kept largely as-is, but with a refresh applied where it counted: cleaning up visual inconsistencies, tightening spacing and typography, and giving the site an overall sharper feel without touching the core structure. On top of that, a number of frontend errors were identified and fixed, resolving issues that were likely affecting both user experience and site credibility.
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
With the SEO groundwork laid, attention shifted to conversion. The homepage and key landing pages were reworked with CRO in mind, adjusting layout, calls to action, and content flow to make it easier for visitors to take the next step, whether that’s requesting a quote or getting in touch directly.

Google Ads Landing Pages
For paid traffic, dedicated landing pages were built from scratch. These followed the established brand design closely, so visitors arriving from Google Ads campaigns land on a page that feels consistent with the rest of the site, while being purpose-built for conversion.
Working Within Constraints
None of this happened with unlimited time or budget. Every decision, from what to redesign and what to leave alone, to how deep the SEO and CRO work went, was made with the available hours in mind. The result is a site that performs better on the metrics that matter, delivered within the scope the client could afford.
